I was surprised to see that the coup was successful after the management's dire warning that it was a precursor to an attempt to take over the company on the cheap. So the question now is do I wait to see if they were right or do I bail now? The share price has fallen 8% since the GM but that's quite normal for TPG. I too tend to derate Techinvest's rating by one level ie their hold is my sell, their strong hold is my hold etc. If I didn't then I'd end up with a hundred holdings. So I think I will sell TPG.
